Tools for the Team
I enjoy building systems that help learning teams do their best work. Whether I'm leading a team, launching a new program, or partnering with faculty across institutions, I'm usually asking the same question: How can we make this easier, more consistent, and more sustainable? My approach to leadership is grounded in creating processes that help people work independently, collaborate effectively, and continue improving long after a project is complete. Course Blueprint
This blueprint standardizes how our team collaborates with subject matter experts, cutting down on revision cycles by aligning expectations upfront on accreditation requirements and marketing-ready language. New team members use it to get up to speed on our process without needing one-on-one guidance from me.
Data Analysis
Template in Excel for Learner Feedback
Before this template, feedback analysis varied by whoever was reviewing the data. Now the whole team pulls from a shared format that mirrors our LMS output, so decisions about course quality are consistent and data-driven regardless of who's running the analysis.

When onboarding new instructional designers, this template gives them a working starting point that already reflects our organizational standards, so they spend their time on instructional quality rather than reinventing structure. It's part of how I scale team output without sacrificing consistency.
