Tools for the Team

In leadership roles, one of my objectives is to promptly identify the areas where our team can improve processes. I aid the team by identifying suitable tools that can help us work more efficiently and effectively. Here are two examples: an instructional design tool used when collaborating with subject matter experts to create a course blueprint, and an evaluation tool for swiftly analyzing feedback from our adult learners.

Data Analysis

Template in Excel

This template was designed to align with the post-activity survey tool required for learners to earn professional credits. It mirrors the format of the LMS output, making it easy for staff to interpret. By pasting LMS data directly into the template, we can quickly generate charts and tables that support data-driven decision-making about our educational offerings.

Learning Design

Module Template

Designed to set a new learning design team up for success, this Rise template models the required structure for online modules while introducing key authoring tools. It provides a consistent starting point for content development. The goal is to give the team a starting point while balancing clarity, functionality, and creative flexibility. Team members can duplicate and customize the template to build engaging, learner-centered courses.
